Refund policy

We are a small business, fulfilling everything by hand in our apartment in San Francisco. Shipping cost is quite expensive for us, it is often 20% or more of the value of the item, so we do hope that you like the item and will keep it. Of course, we understand that accidents do happen and will try our best to resolve. 

If the item hasn't been shipped yet, we can assist you in the refund process. However, if an item has been shipped, we can't stop it on its way. In this case, if there is an error with the product, please send us an email or picture and we will be happily sending you a replacement, within 30 days of receiving the product. (The time limit is because we are a small business and do not have a lot of inventory at hand). 

In general, we cannot accept return due to the fact that shipping costs are often more expensive than the cost of the items itself. However, if you are not happy for whatever reason, please email us at tinywristco@gmail.com. We can give you store credit, discount code, or send you a replacement. We are always listening and striving to help!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
